Real Madrid still want Donny van de Beek

Real Madrid have not given up hope of signing Ajax midfielder Donny van de Beek.

The Netherlands international was strongly linked with a move to Real Madrid during the summer transfer window as the Spanish giants seemingly considered alternatives for Paul Pogba.

Van de Beek, 22, ultimately remained with the Dutch outfit beyond the deadline day, though, and the midfielder has contributed two goals and four assists in seven appearances this season.

Arsenal could move to sign Matthijs De Ligt

Arsenal have reportedly “explored” the possibility of signing Ajax defender Matthijs De Ligt this summer, according to The Sun.

The Gunners have emerged as surprise contenders to sign the Dutchman this summer ahead of Unai Emery’s second season in charge at the club.

De Ligt, 19, is a “huge admirer” of the north Londoners and he worked with Dutch legends Dennis Bergkamp and Marc Overmars.

Chelsea want Ajax midfielder

Chelsea have reportedly outlined their intentions to move for Ajax midfielder Donny van de Beek as a possible transfer target either in January or next summer.

Van de Beek, 21, has established himself as an integral part of the first team in recent seasons and helped the Dutch giants to a 1-1 draw with Bayern Munich during the Champions League clash on Tuesday night.
