Arsenal keen on Wolfsburg goalkeeper Koen Casteels

Wolfsburg goalkeeper Koen Casteels has reportedly emerged as a summer target for Premier League giants Arsenal.

The 25-year-old has made 34 Bundesliga appearances this season in what has been a difficult campaign for the Germans, who will be contesting a relegation playoff.

Arsenal, meanwhile, are said to be looking for a quality custodian to compete with Petr Cech and David Ospina in between the sticks at the Emirates.


Done Deal: Wolfsburg sign Jakub Blaszczykowski from Dortmund

Wolfsburg have completed the signing of midfielder Jakub Blaszczykowski from Bundesliga rivals Borussia Dortmund on a three-year deal.

The Poland international, who joined Dortmund in 2007 has won two Bundesliga titles, two DFL-Supercups and the DFB-Pokal.

VfL have secured the services of Jakub Blaszczykowski from @BVB. Kuba has signed a deal with VfL until 2019.


Manchester United considering Julian Draxler bid?

Manchester United have reportedly stepped up their interest in bringing the German attacker Julian Draxler to Old Trafford this summer, according to Bild via the Express.

The 22-year-old, who plays for VfL Wolfsburg since arriving from Bundesliga rivals Schalke 04 last summer, it is believed that a number of heavy-weights European clubs wanted to sign the highly rated winger.


Manchester United ‘hopeful’ of signing Wolfsburg left-back Ricardo Rodriguez

Manchester United are reportedly interested in signing Wolfsburg defender Ricardo Rodriguez, according to German newspaper Bild (via Daily Express).

The Red Devils have been told to offer £30 million to get Rodriguez services.

With Luke Shaw out with a double leg injury, the report claims United have been monitoring their options at left-back and Van Gaal sees Rodriguez as ideal cover for Shaw.
