Tottenham Hotspur have joined the hunt for Napoli left-back Mathias Olivera, as speculation over the Uruguayan’s future continues to grow ahead of the summer transfer window.

According to journalist Eduardo Burgos, Olivera could be on the move despite signing a contract extension with Napoli earlier this year that ties him to the club until 2030. Spurs are now among several clubs interested in securing his signature, with the North London side looking to reinforce their defence.
