Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly weighing up a summer move for FC Koln defender Kevin Wimmer, reports the Mirror.
Recently, Spurs were linked with a move for Aymeric Laporte from Athletic Bilbao, but the report claims that his 30 million pounds price tag has led to the Premier League club eyeing other targets.
Is there any mileage in the Gareth Bale to Manchester United rumour that refuses to go away? The former Spurs player was sold to Real Madrid in the summer of 2013 but only after a last-minute bid by Manchester United failed.

The Welshman was however intent on a move to Spain and has had a successful first year with his new team, winning the Champions League at the end of last season, beating Spanish rivals Atletico Madrid in the final.
The transfer window allowed Juventus to bolster up their attack with former striker Nicolas Anelka, on a loan until the summer, with Fernando Llorente joining in the summer, once his contract with Athletic Bilbao has finished a fantastic free signing for the Turin club.
