The former England international David Beckham reportedly thinks that Manchester United’s Wayne Rooney would be perfect addition to lead the attack for Miami Major League Soccer franchise, as per the Daily Star.

Beckham, who was an MLS winner during his tenure with LA Galaxy, is expected to make an announcement that a stadium will be built for his new ‘Miami’ club by the end of the year and it has been reported that the 40-year-old has been getting plenty of messages from players who want to be a part of his newly launched MLS franchise which will make their debut in the 2018 season.

By that time, Manchester United skipper would be coming to the end of his contract at Old Trafford and could be looking to make a move away from the Red Devils as the 29-year-old enters the twilight of his career.

The paper suggested that the attacker is interested in moving to the United States with his family.

The Major League Soccer has been attracting a number of world class players such as Rooney to follow in the footsteps of Frank Lampard (New York City FC), Steven Gerrard (LA Galaxy), and Andrea Pirlo (New York City FC), all three joined this summer.
