Twitter reacts as Chelsea knocked out of the League Cup by 10-man Stoke City

The defending League Cup champions Chelsea have been crashed out of the League Cup on Tuesday night visit to Stoke, losing 5-4 on penalties after 120 minutes.
The Belgian playmaker Eden Hazard was the only player in the shootout who failed to convert the crucial penalty.
Inevitably, the fans took to twitter to criticise Jose Mourinho:
Some goal from Jon Walters. Slightly harsh on Chelsea.. “You’re getting sacked in the morning” is the predictable Stoke chant for Mourinho

If Mourinho gets sacked that’s just absolute bollocks, sorry #CFC

God is clearly angry at Mourinho.

0 – Jose Mourinho has never lost a League Cup tie in 90 minutes, with his only two eliminations coming after extra time. Stunned.

Chelsea are back! An injury time equaliser at Stoke. Crisis over…

Ironic how Hazard of all people will make sure Mourinho gets the sack tonight. Football that.

A cold Tuesday night defeat at Stoke ending Mourinho’s second stint as Chelsea manager would be poetic.
