Manchester United are the favourites to sign Real Madrid right back Sergio Ramos this summer, ahead of Manchester City, Chelsea and PSG, according to Le 10 Sport.

The 29-year-old, who still has two years left on his contract at the Bernabeu and is reportedly unhappy with contract extension talks with Los Blancos.

The Spaniard has established himself as a key player for the La Liga giants, but this summer could be the final attempt for the club to cash in on the defender at full price.

The report has suggested that Ramos is also the latest name to be linked with a move to Premier League giants Manchester United, with manager Louis van Gaal is desperate for a new central defender to reshape their back line in the 2015/16 campaign.

Ramos has made 27 appearances for Real Madrid last season, ended without a trophy.

The Red Devils have also been linked with moves for Borussia Dortmund’s Mats Hummels and Valencia’s Nicolas Otamendi this summer.
