Norwich City goalkeeper John Ruddy has signed a new deal at Carrow Road until 2017, reported Goal.com

The 27-year-old joined the Canaries in 2010 and since then he played a key role in helping the side to win promotion to the Premier League in 2011.

The England international has impressed England manager Roy Hodgson with his performance between the goal post.

The former Everton stopper has made 107 appearances for the club in all competitions and he is eager to continue under Chris Hughton.

Ruddy told to club’s official website,

“I’m more than happy to commit long-term future to the Club.”

Norwich City to play their next premier league game with Man City at Ethiad Stadium on Sat 2 Nov, 3pm (GMT).
