Chelsea are back in the market and have set their sights on one of Eredivisie’s brightest talents—Malik Tillman. According to Simon Phillips, the Blues have made an enquiry to PSV Eindhoven for the U.S. international, who’s had a breakout season in the Netherlands.

Tillman has been on fire this season, racking up 17 goal contributions across all competitions. The 21-year-old attacking midfielder only made the permanent switch from Bayern Munich last summer, but his explosive form has already put him on the radar of top European clubs—including Chelsea.
