The Italian giants Inter Milan are reportedly interested in signing Chelsea defender Filipe Luis on loan this summer, according to The Express.
The 29-year-old has struggled for regular first-team since joining the west London club from Atletico Madrid last summer, and has only made 23 appearances this season.
