Borussia Dortmund manager Jurgen Klopp is reportedly leading the race to replace Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger, who has been Gunners manager since 1996 at the Emirates, according to the German newspaper Kicker.

Klopp, 47, recently announced his impending departure from Dortmund at the end of the season after spending successful eight years in charge of the Bundesliga outfit.

Since that day, he has been heavily linked with a move to a host of Premier League giants, including Liverpool and Manchester City.

The veteran boss led BVB to two Bundesliga titles, the German Cup and the Champions League final during his tenure at Westfalenstadion.

The Gunners are on the verge to win their second consecutive FA Cup title and also seems to booked a place in next season’s Champions League.

However, it is believed that the north Londoners are keeping an eye on the possibility of bringing Klopp at the Emirates before he is snapped up by another club.
